This program is a unique opportunity to learn from qualified outdoors experiential education instructors in a traineeship capacity while actively participating in outdoors recreation and cultural immersion in various wilderness locations across Te Tauihu, the top of the South Island of Aotearoa New Zealand.

Learn from expert experiential educators how to lead with confidence, care and purpose, guided by te ao Māori, the Māori indigenous worldview, and the landscapes of Aotearoa New Zealand. Come home with the leadership skills employers look for, and the stories to prove it.
